Welcome to the Pershing School Music Program!
We offer Band, Jazz Band, and Orchestra classes for every ability level. We have our Panther Band and Panther Strings for 1st year players, the Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Concert Orchestra for our advanced students, and our jazz band the Pershing Hep Cats. Jazz band is considered a supplemental music ensemble; meaning participation in band or orchestra is a requirement for participation in the jazz band. Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, and Concert Orchestra are for students with at least 1 year of playing experience. Students who have never played before should join the Panther Band or Panther Strings. We take beginners at ANY grade level.
