Athletic Updates

Students interested in participating in athletics must create an account on Aktivate.com to upload their current OCPS Sports Physical prior to trying out for any team. Students must also have a 2.0 grade point average overall. Coaches will choose students for teams based upon their skill, sportsmanship, character, attitude, commitment, and academic achievement.  All Athletic programs will stress academic success, physical fitness, character development, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Our athletes represent Pershing School and the community.  Student athletes are expected to be student leaders with positive behavior both in competition and in the classroom.

Volleyball Open Gym

Coach Dillon will hold open gym for any Middle School student interested in trying out for volleyball this school year.  Students must arrive at the gym side doors between 7 and 7:10am.  Once the gym doors close they will not be reopened.  Students will not need a OCPS physical for open gym but will need one prior to tryouts scheduled for October 7th and 8th.If you have any questions please send Coach Dillon a message on parent square.
